DAVAO CITY July 3 (PIA)- All personnel and officers of the Davao City Police Office (DCPO) are COVID-19 free.

This was revealed by Police Captain Rose Aguilar, spokesperson of the DCPO when asked about the welfare of the members of the police who also act as one of the frontliners in the country amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

She said the ranks of the police are monitored every day, according to squad where every member is determined if he has symptoms like colds, cough and high ever and loose bowel movement.

Aguilar bared that luckily, all members and officers of the DCPO are in pink of health.

"Personnel are monitored according to squad ensuring that nobody shows COVID-19 symptoms. Close-monitoring is done through group chat that no one is sick and on duty. Group chat is present in every station and unit, and the city headquarters consolidates the report and submit it to the PRO XI," she said.

Aguilar said that up to this time no policeman in the city is afflicted with COVID-19. (PIA XI-Joey Sem G. Dalumpines)
