JSW MG Motor India has closed the sales account for the month of December 2025 and the calendar year 2025. The company has had a productive year in 2025 as we witnessed the launch of Windsor Pro. Along with that, we also saw MGs long standing goal of starting its luxury EV showroom lineup in the form of MG Select.
Via these MG Select showrooms, the company has launched and Cyberster electric 2-door convertible sportscar. Lets break down the numbers and see how JSW MG Motor India did in December 2025 and in CY2025.
MG Motor Sales Dec 2025
Last year,JSW MG Motor Indiasales stood at 7,516 units in December 2024 and in December 2025, the company managed to push 6,500 units. This resulted in a slight sales decline for the brand. In November 2025, MGs sales were at 5,754 units, which yielded the brand a positive MoM growth.
If we analyse the sales numbers, we can see that MG Motor saw around 13.5% YoY decline and registered around 12.9% MoM growth in the month of December 2025. Now that the calendar year 2025 has come to an end, MGs sales expedition saw a good landing where CY2025 sales are analysed in YoY aspect.
To be precise, 70,554 units in CY2025 (January 2025 December 2025), which was around a 19% YoY growth when compared to the sales performance in CY2024 (January 2024 December 2024). The companys MG Select luxury lineup clocked a MoM growth of 38%, when compared to the sales performance in November 2025.
MG Windsor Indias #1 EV
Now that calendar year 2025 has come to an end, MG Motor has clocked a major sales achievement of surpassing 1 lakh EVs milestone sold to date. This is thanks to Windsor EV, which has emerged as Indias best-selling electric car. Windsor is offered in Standard and Pro versions to offer a varied lineup for buyers.
JSW MG Motor India recently launched 2026 MG Hector with a major price cut, now starting from Rs 11.99 lakh (Ex-sh). However, the company is yet to launch its flagship ICE SUV, theMajestor. MG officially unveiled it at 2025 Bharat Mobility Expo and has been spied multiple times, but a launch is awaited.
