(260224) -- BASILAN, Feb. 24, 2026 (Xinhua) -- This screenshot shows a Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) diver working in waters near Baluk-Baluk Island in Basilan, the Philippines, Feb. 23, 2026. The PCG on Tuesday said it has completed a full underwater search of passenger ferry MV Trisha Kerstin 3, which sank off Basilan province on Jan. 26, leaving at least 65 people dead.
